In the community of Chongoene Mission, children were given a whole day to shine. More than 130 children from A Little Gesture projects came together for an event that combined sports, culture, and lots of fun.
Between soccer, sprinting, rope jumping, traditional dances such as Makwaela and Marrabenta, poetry, and traditional games, each child was able to explore their talents, strengthen friendships, and feel the value of teamwork and healthy coexistence. It was a day of discoveries, laughter, and learning that surpassed any competition.
It was a day of discoveries, learning, and unforgettable moments, where each child could feel that they are part of something bigger—a community that believes in the value of sports, culture, and childhood as tools for growth.
